Yes, by default. Our therapist roster is all-female. There are no male therapists in our network who would be assigned to female guests without explicit request. No exceptions, no surprises.
Yes. Individual treatment spaces are enclosed, private rooms with controlled access. You are the only guest in your treatment space. No one enters without your prior knowledge and agreement.
Yes, unconditionally and without explanation. You may pause, redirect, or end your treatment at any moment. Your therapist will respond without question, without pressure, and without making you feel obligated to explain or justify your decision.
Yes. Our inquiry and booking process can be conducted entirely remotely — by WhatsApp or email — without requiring any in-person meeting before arrival. Transportation from your accommodation can be arranged. Arrival at our space is direct and private.
You are in complete control of the space. You can stop, redirect, or end the treatment at any point. You can adjust the lighting, temperature, or pressure of treatment without any social negotiation. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, your comfort takes absolute precedence.
No. Individual treatment appointments are scheduled to ensure complete privacy. No other guests are in adjacent treatment spaces during your appointment. The only people present are you and your therapist.
Yes. All inquiry, booking, and pre-visit communication can be handled through WhatsApp. You do not need to meet with anyone in person before your appointment. NANA is also available for private consultation by WhatsApp or voice call before you visit.
